From Our Farm to Your Door At Oermann Family Farm, we take great care in packaging our handcrafted goods.​

• Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. For large wholesale or custom orders, please allow 2 weeks for preparation.

• Shipping Rates: We offer flat-rate shipping via USPS/UPS. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your harvest.

• Local Pickup: If you are a neighbor in the Troy/Temple area, select "Local Pickup" at checkout to skip the shipping fees. We will email you to coordinate a pickup time at the farm.

• Warm Weather Note: During Texas summer months, we ship soaps in insulated wrapping where possible to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Our candles only ship during October - May, depending on the temperature.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Oermann Family Farm harvest. Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our products (soap and honey), we cannot accept returns or exchanges. > However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error with your shipment, please contact us at: sherry@oermannfamilyfarm.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the package. We are committed to making it right—whether through a replacement or a refund.

Note: Natural variations in color and texture are a hallmark of small-batch, artisanal soap and raw honey!
