Frequently Asked Questions
About

Our Honey
Is your honey raw and unfiltered? Yes! Our honey is harvested right here in Troy, Texas. We never fine-filter or high-heat our honey. This ensures that all the local pollen, enzymes, and natural goodness stay inside the jar.
My honey turned solid/cloudy. Is it still good? Absolutely! This is called crystallization, and it is the best way to tell your honey is 100% pure and raw. To make it liquid again, simply place the jar in a bowl of warm water. Please do not microwave your honey, as high heat destroys its beneficial properties.

Our Soaps
Is your goat milk soap safe for sensitive skin? We take pride in our "Master Gardener" formulation. We use fresh milk from our own herd and skin-loving oils. Our Oatmeal & Honey bar is specifically designed for those with sensitive skin as it contains Oat Extract and Colloidal Oatmeal.
How long does a bar of your soap last? On average, a bar lasts 3–4 weeks with daily use. To get the most out of your soap, always use a draining soap dish. Handcrafted soap has high natural glycerin, which loves to soak up water—keeping it dry between uses is the secret!
